2024 Conclave was a great success!!
The 2024 Section E9 Conclave was held at Pipsico Scout Reservation April 26-28, 2024. Over 1000 OA members joined for fun and excitement. Look here for more information for the 2025 Conclave. “WHO’S SO FINE!!!”
What is Conclave?
Every year, the six lodges of Section E9 come together for a weekend of fun and fellowship — the Conclave. This event, held in April, is an exciting weekend for Arrowmen of all ages.Saturday afternoon, there are a variety of games, called quest events, that include all types of activities from volleyball to Tug-of-War. You can also experience awsome booths of different interests known as Expo. In the past these booths have included tons of great exhitbits, speakers and national outfitters..Saturday morning of the Conclave, there are a variety of training cells available — ranging from serious topics to help develop Arrowmen as leaders to the light-hearted ones, teaching you good camp cooking.
The day concludes with the Saturday night show, including tons of exciting games and experiences that you will be sure to never forget. Included in this awsome experience will be your chance to decide the future Section E9 leadership, whom will lead us into a successful Conclave… “CONCLAVE!” next year.
